August 23, 2016 by

Agility is the ability to quickly change position or direction of the body. Agility is also affected by body balance, coordination and overall speed. If you are looking for a new drill to help improve the agility of your athletes, check out the Four Corner Box Drill below. The drill comes from Rob Rose, President of True Athlete Performance and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In this drill he runs his demonstrators through corner box drill that works on improving agility.
