How to Teach Squat Technique

August 14, 2016 by

For those high school or small college coaches that do not have a strength and conditioning coach and are responsible for training your own athletes, the clip below can help you to teach the proper squat technique to your players.

In the video Barry Kagan, former University of Maryland Strength Coach, demonstrates how to teach the proper technique when squating. The clip is from his DVD specifically designed for the non-strength coach. For more information about that DVD click the link Sport Performance Preparation: Expanded Teaching Methods for the Non-Strength Coach

The YouTube video has sound so please make sure that your sound is turned on and that you have access to the site. (Note: some schools block access to YouTube)
