- Jumping Jacks
- Knee Hug to Lunge
- Walking Hamstring
- Opposite Quad Stretch
- Inchworm to Pushup
- A Walks
- High Knees
- Static Stretches
- Two feet side to side
- Two feet front to back
- One foot front to back
- One foot side to side
- Shuffle
- Shuffle forward and then back
- Linear speed
- Seated, turn and sprint
