Static Stretches: Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads and Lower Back

Below are two great static stretches to help warmup the hips, quads, glutes and lower back. These are great to have your athletes perform as they can help with hamstring tightness.

In the clip below, Jeremy Fischer, Head Coach and Lead Instructor at the Chula Vista High Performance Training Center/USA Track and Field, demonstrates two effective stretches to work these major muscles.
